Well I guess I will start updating some on my diet and exercise on here. For the last couple of weeks I have been trying to watch what I eat a little better. I am going to try this week and go over and sign up for the wellness center on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University, where I went to school. I found out I get an alumni discount there 🙂
They open at 6 in the morning so I will be able to go over and use the center before going in to work. I need to go over and look the place over one good time before I drop the money down 🙂
I have also ran across a website called Sparkpeople.com where I can log my progress on my eating and also my exercise. It has a lot of features including journals, blogs and forums. I have only scratched the surface of what they offer so I still have a lot to look through.
Anyway, that is where I stand for now. More to come. 🙂
